What is your jewelry made of?

At Jalay Jewelers, all of our Beautiful Pieces are either 10kt/14kt Gold or .925 Sterling Silver. All pieces will be stamped with purity.

How long does shipping take?

At the moment, Jalay Jewelers only offers US Domestic Shipping. Jalay uses USPS for all shipments. Default shipping is USPS 2DAY Priority Mail. Please allow 1-2 business days for order fulfillment. Please allow 3-4 business days upon order for your package to arrive. All orders will be sent with tracking number upon shipment day.

How do I know when my order has shipped?

All customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once the order has been processed and shipped. If you are unable to find the email, please check spam folder. If you are still unable to find the email, please contact us through email at jalayjewelersllc@gmail.com.

What is the Return/Exchange Policy?

No returns. We accept exchanges (Equal or Greater Value) within 10 days of the delivered date. Only one exchange per order. Merchandise must be in its original condition in order to qualify for exchange.
